3. Services

Monvell Solutions LLC provides digital solutions services to service-based business owners, including website design and development, lead generation system builds, marketing automation, and monthly reporting and strategy. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal issued at the time of engagement.

4. Payment Terms

All services require payment as outlined in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Site build projects require a 50% deposit prior to commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Monthly retainer services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed through our secure payment platform. Failure to remit payment within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly retainer services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel the retainer with written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. Site build deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Completed site builds are non-refundable upon delivery and client approval.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Monvell Solutions LLC may, at its discretion, offer specific outcome-based guarantees as part of a service engagement. The terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements of any such guarantee are defined in the applicable service agreement. Guarantees are contingent upon the client maintaining an active service plan and providing timely access to required business information, accounts, and assets. Monvell Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue guarantee offerings at any time with notice.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcomes, clients agree to provide accurate and complete business information as requested, respond to communications from the Monvell team within a reasonable timeframe, provide timely access to required accounts, platforms, and assets necessary to perform the services, and review and approve deliverables within the timeframes specified in the service agreement.

Delays caused by the client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect project timelines and service outcomes. Monvell Solutions LLC is not liable for delays or underperformance resulting from client non-cooperation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Monvell Solutions LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Results from our services may vary depending on the client's industry, market, and cooperation with the service process. We do not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monvell Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Monvell Solutions LLC in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Monvell Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lexington County, South Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
